Changing market conditions urge organizations to consistently adapt processes, business model and services or products. Agile Performance Managements aims to break down strategy giving direction and decentralizing and speeding up the decision-making process. Therefore, controlling has to undergo a change from a command-and-control paradigm towards a guided self-control. This implies a transformation of the interaction of management, controlling and the line organization. This implies also the allocation of strategic resources in the Innovation process as turning innovation into revenue is a key success factor in most industries. Therefore, organizations have to manage the whole R&D Process from idea selection through business cases to market.

PREDAVAČI:

Dr. Tobias Flinspach
 

Tobias Flinspach is member of the Board of Trustees of HILTI Family Foundation, Liechtenstein and managing director and co-founder of PMC The Performance Management Company located in Germany and Switzerland. His main areas of experience are Financial Leadership, Implementation of Strategy and Business Modeling as well as Process and Cost Management.

Advising international companies in the area of financial leadership and strategic management, he has worked for medium and large cap companies in Europe, Americas and the Middle East. He is also an advisor to the United Nations and the German Federal Network Agency. Trainer and coach in company-specific programs as well as national and international Executive MBA programs at Universities of St. Gallen and Bologna/Bologna Business School. Current book project on Management with OKRs together with John Doerr (Venture Capitalist of Google) and several publications on financial leadership and performance management. He co-develops, teaches and implements the St. Gallen Performance Management Model (www.spmm.ch).

After studying business administration at the University of Nuremberg (Germany) and University of Valencia (Spain) he worked for Ernst & Young in the automotive sector. In 2011, he earned a PhD at the University of Goettingen (Germany).
