It is a great honor and pleasure to announce that we have made a big step forward for us regarding the controlling conference that we have been organizing already for 15 years:

  Controlling Days - is the new name of our controlling events in Rovinj
  International event - thanks to our many friends and colleagues from abroad,
     we decided this year to have simultaneous translation from Croatian to English and vice versa
  Applicability in business practice - we organize these days even 4 different practical workshops

Hrvoje Patajac
 

Mr. sc. Hrvoje Patajac je direktor kontrolinga Adris grupe. Glavni zadatak mu je implementacija kontrolinga na razini grupe te podrška taktičkom i strateškom odlučivanju. U Adrisov tim došao je 2003., a prije toga radio je u Nexe Grupi i zagrebačkoj Farmaciji na poslovima voditelja kontrolinga. Prvo radno iskustvo vezano mu je za IT sektor i tvrtku MIPS gdje je radio na brojnim razvojnim projektima. Član je nadzornog odbora u nekoliko tvrtki: Adris grupa d.d. Rovinj, Cromaris d.d. Zadar, Maistra d.d. Rovinj, Croatia osiguranje d.d. Zagreb. Diplomirao je 1995. na Fakultetu elektrotehnike i računarstva. Završio je studij poslovnog upravljanja Diploma Study in Management na istom fakultetu. Magistrirao je 2002. na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu na smjeru ”Financije poduzeća”.

Andreas Brokemper
 

Dr. Andreas Brokemper, after studying business administration in Paderborn, he worked as a research assistant under Prof. Péter Horváth in Stuttgart while completing his doctorate thesis at the University of Stuttgart. In 1998 he joined Dr. August Oetker KG in Bielefeld, Holding of the Oetker-Group. 2002 he moved to Henkell & Söhnlein Sektkellereien KG as Chief Financial Officer. 2013 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Henkell-Group. Since 2021 Dr. Andreas Brokemper today is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Henkell Freixenet and a member of the Executive Board of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen

Karolina Kristic
 

Karolina Kristić is Chancellor and CFO of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. In this capacity, she is in charge of all financial and M&A activities of the entire Frankfurt School Group which, in addition to the business school, includes the Frankfurt School Foundation and subsidiary companies of Frankfurt School. Aside from responsibilities related to finance, controlling and risk management, Ms Kristic also oversees Human Resources and Facility Management. She was instrumental in supervising the entire financial planning of Frankfurt School’s new campus, a multi-million euro project that spanned over 5 years.

Ms Kristic joined Frankfurt School in 2009. In her earlier career, she held several positions as financial controller and group accountant, amongst others in consulting firms and the automotive industry. She is both a tax and accounting specialist, and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Business School.

Anton Barbir
 

Anton Barbir, izvršni je direktor za financije u JGL d.d. (Jadran Galenski Laboratorij d.d.). Visoko motivirani financijski stručnjak s jakom poslovnom oštroumnošću za FMCG i farmaceutsku industriju, Korporativne financije i financijske zajedničke usluge. Ima više od 20 godina naprednog iskustva u korporativnim financijama, financijskom nadzoru, operativnim financijama, M&A, kao i pravljanje SAP projektima. Ima veliko iskustvo u organizaciji i kontroli proračuna, uspješna postignuća u vođenju financija društva i radu u koordinaciji s upravom direktora za povećanje uspjeha tvrtke. Stručnjak za administrativnu koordinaciju, poboljšanje procesa, vodstvo i financijsko savjetovanje, ima sposobnost usmjeravanja učinkovite komunikacije s ključnim klijentima i dionicima.

Bojan Horvačić
 

Bojan Horvačić, završio je svoje obrazovanje na Sveučilištu za znanost i tehnologiju u Pekingu i od tada je imao mnoge uloge u kojima je pomagao svojim poslodavcima u izgradnji pozitivnog korporativnog imidža uspostavljanjem i održavanjem široke kooperativne mreže partnerstava. Njegov rad vidljiv je u raznim tvrtkama u kojima je radio kao što su Smart Solutions doo, INPASIA, Konzum d.d. te Kinesko poslovno udruženje jugoistočne Europe. Trenutno radi u Tehnici d.d. kao CEO koji je posvećen dosljednom stvaranju visokih standarda rada.

Anita Lacmanović
 

Anita Lacmanović provela je preko 30 godina u Beču. Upravo je tamo započela svoju profesionalnu karijeru, i to u tvrtki Hewlett Packard Austria. Nakon što se vratila u Hrvatsku, dodatno se specijalizirala za online poslovanje. Tako je 12 godina provela na različitim vodećim pozicijama u području e-trgovine. U njezinom ćete životopisu tako naći velika poduzeća poput eKupi i Fortenova grupe. Kao svoj fokus ističe rast i razvoj velikih online tvrtki, a prioritizira maksimiziranje dobiti, optimizaciju troškova, kao i visoku operativnu učinkovitost. Cilj je jasan i jednostavan: rezultati. Njezin čvrst i odlučan mindset ju je 2017. doveo u SAP Hrvatska. Preuzela je poziciju Head of Customer Experience za SAP SEE, a danas je generalna direktorica SAP Hrvatska. Uvela je nove strategije vođenja i poslovanja s fokusom na prelazak korisnika na cloud rješenja.

Ivan Paić
 

Ivan Paić, diplomirao je na Fakultetu elektrotehnike i računarstva u Zagrebu, a tijekom bogate profesionalne karijere, uz stručne prakse u Japanu i Norveškoj, usavršavao se na teme vođenja ljudi, povećanja učinkovitosti prodajnih timova, digitalne transformacije i održivog razvoja. Izvanredni je profesor Digitalne transformacije na Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva u Zagrebu. Poslovnu karijeru započeo je 2003. godine u KONČAR – Mjernim transformatorima kao stipendist u projektnom odjelu te kasnije kao voditelj R&D projekata. U međunarodnu tvrtku Schneider Electric odlazi 2008. godine na poziciju Product managera za srednjenaponsku i niskonaponsku opremu. U 2011. godini preuzima funkciju Operational Marketing direktora za korisnički softver u Grenobleu, u Francuskoj, te se nakon više od tri godine vraća u Zagreb na poziciju Country General Managera za područje Hrvatske, Slovenije i Bosne i Hercegovine. Od 2020. godine do imenovanja na mjesto člana Uprave KONČARA boravi u Dubaiju, u Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima na već prije spomenutoj poziciji potpredsjednika u Schneider Electricu. U Upravu KONČARA dolazi s pozicije potpredsjednika u Schneider Electricu zaduženog za projektnu prodaju na svjetskoj razini. 

Marko Njavro
 

Marko Njavro, MBA, je izvršni direktor za operativno poslovanje Grupe (COO) Franck d.d., Zagreb. Ima preko 20 godina iskustva u FMCG-u, uključujući 7 godina međunarodnog iskustva. Trenutačno vodi posao s više od 500 ljudi  oslanjajući se na komercijalno iskustvo s izvrsnim organizacijskim i ljudskim vještinama. Stekao je uspješna iskustva na različitim funkcijama u Zagreb Brewery Plc., Starbev Croatia, Molson Coors  te Atlantic Grupi. Najnovija postignuća su mu isporuka najboljih financijskih rezultata ikada za Molson Coors Hrvatska u 2018., i na metrici Topline i Bottom line, kao i dvoznamenkasti rast Topline i Bottom line Atlantic Štarka.

Matija Nakić
 

Matija Nakić, diplomirala je računalstvo, te završila MBA. Radila je u HT Eronetu, Infocumulusu, Spanu i Fiveu. Karijeru je izgradila u području softvera za velika poduzeća. Prošla je sve etape, od programerke do VP proizvoda. Radila je s izvanrednim timovima na isporuci izvrsnih proizvoda za tvrtke s Fortune 500 liste. Suosnivačica je i izvršna direktorica tvrtke Farseer. Farseer je softver za financijsko modeliranje, planiranje i analizu te se fokusira na srednje velike i velike tvrtke te automatizira 90% njihovog ručnog rada.

Dr. Tobias Flinspach
 

Tobias Flinspach is member of the Board of Trustees of HILTI Family Foundation, Liechtenstein and managing director and co-founder of PMC The Performance Management Company located in Germany and Switzerland. His main areas of experience are Financial Leadership, Implementation of Strategy and Business Modeling as well as Process and Cost Management.

Advising international companies in the area of financial leadership and strategic management, he has worked for medium and large cap companies in Europe, Americas and the Middle East. He is also an advisor to the United Nations and the German Federal Network Agency. Trainer and coach in company-specific programs as well as national and international Executive MBA programs at Universities of St. Gallen and Bologna/Bologna Business School. Current book project on Management with OKRs together with John Doerr (Venture Capitalist of Google) and several publications on financial leadership and performance management. He co-develops, teaches and implements the St. Gallen Performance Management Model (www.spmm.ch).

After studying business administration at the University of Nuremberg (Germany) and University of Valencia (Spain) he worked for Ernst & Young in the automotive sector. In 2011, he earned a PhD at the University of Goettingen (Germany).

Lukas Löhlein
 

Lukas Löhlein, is a Professor of Management Accounting and Control at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Director of the Institute of Management Accounting and Control (IMC). The IMC is a leading think tank on Controlling & Strategy Execution. He teaches courses on Management Accounting & Control and Strategy at both the graduate and executive levels. In his research, he adopts an interdisciplinary perspective to provide an in-depth analysis of questions related to management control, the effects of digitalisation and organisational transformation. His research has been published in international leading academic journals of Controlling.

Kim Louisa Dillenberger
 

Dr. Kim Louisa Dillenberger, acts as transformation expert at the intersection of academia and practice. She functions as driving force for organizational transformation as researcher, lecturer, key note speaker and consultant. Based on her scientific projects Dr. Dillenberger generates and transfers knowledge on organizational change, routines, improvisation and learning. As Vice Academic Director at the Centre of Performance Management & Controlling of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management she is particularly dedicated to shaping the future of corporate management. Dr. Dillenberger holds a PhD in business administration and builds on her business psychology studies as well as her practice experience in training and change management on global transformation programs. All in all, Dr. Dillenberger stands for a mind and action shift in dynamic times.

Marko Kufrin
 

Marko Kufrin, izvršni je direktor strategije i marketinga s 15 godina radnog iskustva, zaposlen u Atlantic Grupi, FMCG tvrtki s vodećim portfeljem brendova hrane i pića u jugoistočnoj Europi.  Trenutno je u dvojnoj ulozi odgovoran za cjelokupnu korporativnu strategiju tvrtke i za opće upravljanje jedinicom posvećenoj stvaranju novih poduzeća.

Prof. Dr. Mike Schulze
 

Prof. Dr. Mike Schulze is Vice President for Research and Professor of Controlling, Accounting and Financial Management at CBS International Business School in Mainz, Germany. He is also a senior research fellow and lecturer at the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a lecturer in the area of executive education at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Recently he also took over the function as an Honorary Professor-in-Residence for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in Europe. His current research and consulting activities focus on trends and developments in the CFO area, the digitalization of the controlling function and corporate sustainability performance management. Prof. Schulze served as an officer in the German Federal Armed Forces and worked within the Finance function at Ford Motor Company in Cologne as well as a seminar manager at Horváth Academy, the formerly training division of Horváth & Partners Management Consultants.

Nils Gimpl
 

Nils Gimpl, PhD Student, being educated in Nuremberg Institute of Technology Georg Simon Ohm, and Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, he developed numerous skills in areas of business administration and analytics. Since 2017, he has been improving his skills in two major companies, Siemens AG and Robert Bosch GmbH. He has also been part of Working Student Management Consulting in Horvath while from 2021, Mr. Gimpl has been Research Assistant in Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His career has been marked with various publications and teaching experience.

Mario Grilc,MBA
 

Mario Grilc, MBA, je Senior Advisor i ima bogato profesionalno iskustvo provedeno u dinamičkim okruženjima unutar kojih je imao brojne prilike graditi kompetencije vođenja i upravljanja različitim timovima. Kontinuirana edukacija i profesionalno usavršavanje, doveli su ga do statusa jednog od najboljih coaching trenera za osobni i poslovni razvoj u Hrvatskoj i Regiji. Nakon završenog Ekonomskog fakulteta svoju ljubav prema razvoju ljudi proširuje kroz završetak psihoterapijskog studija u Beču, certificiranje za NLP trenera u Atlanti te završetak MBA studija na IECD Bled. Najveća strast mu je pronalazak novih načina za razvoj osnaženih i angažiranih timova s naglaskom na njegov najdraži pojam: osobnu odgovornost. Specijaliziran za Customer Experience, Leadership & Empowerment.

Ivan Gorski
 

Ivan Gorski, direktor je Odjela za planiranje ljudskih resursa u Hrvatskom Telekomu od 2022. godine. Uglavnom se bavi strateškim planiranjem ljudskih resursa (HR kontroling), analizom kompenzacija, obračunom plaća i vođenjem HR projekata. Prije toga, bio je voditelj iskustva zaposlenika i Employer Brandinga od 2020. do 2022. godine. Vodio je tim koji je postigao najveće zadovoljstvo zaposlenika u povijesti kompanije, poboljšao Employer Brand poslodavca te je nagrađen za najboljeg Employer Brand Managera od strane Employer Brand Awards Adria. Od 2019. do 2022. bio je HR poslovni partner za Iskon, gdje je savjetovao o HR temama i koordinirao različite HR aktivnosti. Trenutno je doktorand psihologije i ima magisterij iz psihologije sa Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

Ivan Bilać, direktor je upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u Adris grupi s glavnim fokusom na strategiju, upravljanje talentima te planiranje nasljeđivanja kroz sva poslovna područja unutar grupe. Posjeduje bogato internacionalno iskustvo koje je stjecao kroz globalnu multinacionalnu kompaniju kao i iskustvo iz različitih industrija. Kroz karijeru se osim upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima bavio i poslovnom stranom tako da posjeduje i iskustvo vođenja poslovanja. Diplomirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu 2006. godine., te se kroz sve godine rada dodatno usavršavao pohađanjem velikog broja edukacija i seminara.

Nataša Odak
 

Nataša Odak, Menadžerica je odjela za razvoja ljudskih resursa u dm-drogerie markt d.o.o. s dugogodišnjim iskustvom na području upravljanja ljudskih resursa. Zadužena je za područja Kultura&razvoj i Employer branding&Recruiting. Uz nacionalne projekte, zadužena je i za internacionalne projekte kao što je područje zdravlja djelatnika s ciljem poticanja djelatnika na razvijanje zdravih navika. Uz navedeno aktivno vodi interne radionice povezane s organizacijskom kulturom dm-a, kao i osobnim razvojem. Certificirani je NLP Practitioner & Business Coach.

Dr. Mladen Meter
 

Dr. Mladen Meter, is a consultant and managing director of Business effectiveness Ltd. for business consulting in the field of controlling, finance, management, accounting, internal audit and business information systems (ERP/SAP). He has extensive experience in management positions in international companies (Kaufland, Generali, Basler) and is currently working independently and with renowned foreign partners on numerous projects in Croatia and abroad. He received his Master's degree in 2005 from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, in 2006 he finished Controlling Stufenprogramm at Austrian Controller-Institut in Vienna and passed the examination for the Certified Controller. In 2012 he attained his PhD from the Faculty of Economics in Split. He also attended the IEDC Bled School of Management. He is  internationally certified HICHERT®IBCS consultant and trainer, certified consultant partner for IBCS certified solutions for management reports and presentations. He is a certified internal auditor for banks, financial institutions and information systems and is a member of consultants network of certified consultants of HAMAG for areas: business planning, finance, organization and business management. He has been a senior lecturer at the AACSB accredited business school for a number of years, and has lectured in Germany at ESB Business School in Reutlingen and at CBS International Business School in Mainz. He is European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - EBRD's consultant. He also frequently teaches on open and in-house education in Croatia and abroad.
