Victoria Zinchuk

Victoria Zinchuk is the Director of EBRD office in Croatia since November 2018. In her capacity as a Director, Victoria is responsible for setting strategic direction for the EBRD in the country. With strong understanding of investment and financial analysis and proven expertise in structuring, negotiating and implementation of debt, equity and quasi equity transactions, Victoria has developed and led numerous banking transactions and advised on project structuring with cumulative financing provided to local and multinational clients in excess of EUR 1bn in various countries. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Kiev State.
