Target Audience:
Employees of various levels (Junior Associates to Managers), who are seeking to understand how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged in their departments, with a focus on change management, and practical applications.
Objective:
This two-day seminar aims to equip managers and practitioners with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively manage and scale AI initiatives. PREDAVAČI:
Prof. Dr. Bernd Wallraff has been a Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Psychology at CBS International Business School since 2017. Additionally, he serves as a senior lecturer in Executive Education at the renowned Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
With approximately a decade of research experience in the field of "Artificial Intelligence and Leadership," Prof. Dr. Wallraff combines academic expertise with practical insights. His professional career includes leadership roles such as heading Organizational Development at the Goethe-Institut and gaining international experience as a Project Consultant in Beijing, where he helped establish the Human Resources Development department for Volkswagen Group China.
As a certified coach and organizational developer, Prof. Dr. Wallraff advises companies on topics such as innovation culture, digital leadership, and change management. His focus lies in supporting strategic and transformation processes, seamlessly integrating scientifically grounded approaches with practical implementation.
